Immediately after Stalwart Law Group’s client purchased valuable real property in North Hollywood, another entity recorded a lis pendens and claimed prior rights in the property. SLG successfully moved the court to expunge the lis pendens and to award SLG’s client its attorneys’ fees of over $36,000. Now that title is clear, SLG’s client is in the process of developing the property.
