Her expertise in law and motion is bolstered by her insight and experience working as a legal research attorney for the court. More About Susan
Susan was born and raised in a suburb of Chicago. As the daughter of an orthopedic surgeon, her love of medicine was cultivated at an early age. She graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, majoring in Psychology and Pre-Medicine. After taking a business law course in her senior year, the trajectory of Susan’s career was forever changed when she decided to combine law with medicine. Susan graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison, WI. She then went to work for a well-respected Southern California defense firm where she handled all aspects of medical malpractice cases, from inception through trial.
In July 2021, Susan moved on to the Orange County Superior Court working as a legal research attorney. There she was responsible for analyzing motions and recommending tentative rulings across the full spectrum of civil cases. Although the work was rewarding, Susan recognized that litigation is her true calling. In October 2022, she transitioned back to private practice exclusively representing victims of medical negligence. Susan is a dedicated fighter and compassionate advocate for her clients.
In her free time, Susan enjoys hiking, yoga, and spending time with her daughter and with friends.
