Stalwart Law Group successfully defeated a motion for a preliminary injunction filed in federal court against its client, Stretch Lab LLC. In denying the motion, Judge George Wu agreed with SLG that the plaintiffs had not proven a likelihood of prevailing on their trademark and contract-based claims.
