After his first year of law school, Guillermo clerked at Public Counsel, the nation’s largest provider of pro bono legal services, where he assisted with a variety of consumer rights matters and was recognized with an award for his services. During his final year, Guillermo externed for a District Court Judge in the Central District of California and competed for Loyola in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition.

After law school, Guillermo worked as a litigator at one of the biggest law firms in the world in a variety of complex civil matters. He seized the first opportunity to return to Stalwart and represent people again.

In his free time, Guillermo enjoys playing basketball and video games, going on walks and hikes, and listening to audiobooks and podcasts.
