Allen Haroutounian is an experienced plaintiff’s attorney who has the privilege of representing individuals and their families in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has litigated hundreds of commercial trucking, auto, pedestrian, and bicycle cases, as well as premises liability and products liability cases. Prior to joining the Stalwart Law Group, Allen worked at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP, defending individuals, businesses, and government entities against personal injury, premises liability, habitability, and wrongful death claims. He has also defended medium to large businesses (i.e., motor carriers, storage companies, and brokers) in litigation involving cargo claims (loss, damage, or theft), contractual disputes, general negligence, and liability under the Carmack Amendment. As a former defense attorney, Allen is well versed with the strategies and arguments used by the defense, and knows how the defense evaluates a case. He uses this experience to his advantage to obtain the best possible result for his clients. Since joining the plaintiff’s bar, Allen has recovered millions of dollars for his clients from large corporations, insurance companies and governmental entities.
