Allen Haroutounian is an experienced litigator who represents individuals in personal injury and employment matters, and businesses in commercial disputes. Prior to joining the Stalwart Law Group, Allen worked at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP, defending individuals, businesses, and government entities against personal injury, premises liability, habitability, and wrongful death claims. He has also defended medium to large businesses (i.e., motor carriers, storage companies, and brokers) in litigation involving cargo claims (loss, damage, or theft), contractual disputes, general negligence, and liability under the Carmack Amendment. As a former defense attorney, Allen is well versed with the strategies and arguments used by the defense, and knows how the defense evaluates a case. He uses this experience to his advantage to obtain the best possible result for his clients.
Allen is a Los Angeles native. He attended the University of California, Irvine where he graduated in the top 3% of his class. Thereafter, he attended Loyola Law School, where he served as the Chief Articles Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. He also participated in the William Hobbs Trial Advocacy Program, where he became a certified law student extern for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, arguing preliminary hearings in the Superior Court.
Allen is a member of the Armenian Bar Association and a mentor to law students through the association’s mentorship program. He is fluent in Armenian.
